Boone County Indicators Data Links Page - A list of community data links provided by members of the Boone County Indicators Committee and other health, human service and education providers. The purpose of this site is to provide a method for sharing more in-depth health, human service and education data as a supplement to the annual Boone Indicators Report.

Department of Health and Senior Services, Missouri Information for Community Assessment (MICA) - MICA is a data source maintained by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Users can create customized reports for a wide variety of health conditions.

University of Missouri Extension, Office of Social and Economic Data Analysis - OSEDA provides demographic and economic data from the U.S. Census Bureau and other sources. Through the Census Data Center program, more than 2,000 public data files are maintained.

Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education - This is Missouri's official k-12 education website and is the link to key educational indicators and test results by school districts.

Missouri Department of Economic Development, Missouri Economic Research and Information Center (MERIC) - MERIC is an entity of the Missouri Department of Economic Development. This site provides comprehensive analysis of key economic indicators for Missouri counties by economic regions.

The United Way State of Caring Index provides a barometer of our nation's quality of life. The index incorporates 36 long term indicators including financial security, health, education, safety, charitable giving and civic engagement. It tracks national trends as well as trends for the 50 states, measuring our collective well being. It can be used by researchers, policy makers, media, grant writers and business leaders who are serious about addressing our nation's challenges.
