Mission

The mission of the Boone County Indicators Committee is to provide accurate and meaningful information about the socioeconomic status of Boone County residents to better inform human services planning and to increase public awareness. In order to effectively carry out this mission, the committee includes representatives from health and human services, government, and education agencies.

Objectives

To establish a continuing coalition of human services, government and education agencies to carry out the mission of the Boone County Indicators Committee.

To publish the Boone County Indicators Report, an annual report detailing the socioeconomic status of Boone County residents to better inform human services planning and to increase public awareness.

To communicate this information to the public and community decision makers to assist them in health and human service planning and grant writing for our community.
